Mock up test

For one of our highly valued clients, N-Sea, we were engaged in a nice construction project. This project must comply with the requirements of EN 1090-1 and ISO 3834-2,
for which we obtained certification some time ago. Within this project, two essential elements were crucial: a V-shaped clamp and a clamp with cutouts. It was of great importance that these were placed very precisely, otherwise the construction would not fit as intended.

At the request of the client, we simulated the situation to create a mock-up test. Together with the client, we examined the best solution for this. Once the test setups were ready, time was also scheduled for fitting.

Although initially we had allocated two days for this, the tests were successful within one day.
